Wilco Premium Roofing replaced my roof in April 2025. To summarize: the process was essentially "hands off" and very simple and stress-free for me. The representatives worked directly with the insurance company, keeping me informed on the details and timeline, scheduling, pricing, etc. I asked for some customization, and the project manager offered his insight to get exactly what I was looking for. I live in a Midtown community that has shared driveways with houses one behind the other in rows. So, the homes are close together. The entire job was performed in a day, and even my neighbors said they were impressed with their professionalism with 5 asking for their contact information. The crew was very careful and respectful of the environment and neighbors, loading discarded materials onto a pallette which was lowered to the ground instead of tossing everything off the roof. This led to minimal cleanup. There were some loose materials that fell down (of course), but the workers and management made sure all the debris was picked up around my home and anything that floated onto a neighbor's property. They blew the community driveway clean and swept up the debris (not blowing it down a street drain). I highly recommend this company. They are flexible, professional, very communicative, and deliver high quality work. They didn't take payment until the work is complete. In this day of contractors requesting partial or full payment upfront, that should speak volumes about how they stand behind their work.

Lightning hit our roof and put a nice size hole in it. Josh came out showed us pictures. They repaired the roof, can't even tell where the lightning hit. Josh and his crew did an excellent job, went above and beyond their repair. THANK YOU. Will always recommend them.
